Kluski(Polish Dumplings)
Kluski are traditional Polish dumplings with a soft, tender texture, perfect as a side dish or with hearty meats like pork, beef, or with Czarnina soup.

Instructions
- Use a deep kettle 2/3 full of water and bring it to a boil.
- Peel the potato and grate it finely.
- Add salt to the grated potato.
- Gradually add flour to the grated potato, mixing until the mixture is very stiff and difficult to stir with a spoon.
- Drop half teaspoon-sized balls into boiling water a few at a time, being careful to prevent boiling over.
- Cook until the dumplings rise to the surface, indicating they are just about done.
- Remove the dumplings from the water and drain.
- Use with Czarnina or serve with pork chops, beef, or fried onions.
