Ingredients

  • 6 eggs (extra large)
  • 2 sticks margarine (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. flour (more, if sticky)
  • 7 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon or orange flavoring
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream the sugar and margarine. Add eggs. Add flavoring.
  2. Use mixer. Add dry ingredients.
  3. Mix with wooden spoon.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled, 2 hours. Roll into small balls.
  5. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes until lightly brown on bottom.
