- Stir together Bisquick, milk, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out circles with a cookie cutter.
- Make a small indentation in the center of each dough circle.
- Place a small spoonful of jelly or jam into the indentation.
- Place the kolache on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 425°F.
