Korean Egg Rolls

Instructions
- In a pan, fry pork, beef or chicken; drain fat.
- Finish frying with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- In a large bowl combine cabbage and chives.
- Add meat mixture, a little more salt, pepper and soy sauce, if desired.
- Place this mixture in egg roll and roll up, using water to close egg roll tight.
- Deep fry 1 minute and serve hot.
