Korean Spaghetti

Instructions
- Heat large frying pan with sesame seed oil.
- Add diced carrots, diced scallions and bacon bits.
- Add a dash of soy sauce and let simmer under low flame until carrots are soft.
- Remove from flame and set aside.
- Boil spaghetti (or linguine) in a large pot until cooked (preferably al dente).
- Drain well.
- Add carrots, scallions and bacon bits mixture to spaghetti and toss thoroughly. Add soy sauce to taste.
- Serve hot or room temperature.
