Korean Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 bag carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 bunch scallions
  • sesame seed oil
  • soy sauce
  • bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Heat large frying pan with sesame seed oil.
  2. Add diced carrots, diced scallions and bacon bits.
  3. Add a dash of soy sauce and let simmer under low flame until carrots are soft.
  4. Remove from flame and set aside.
  5. Boil spaghetti (or linguine) in a large pot until cooked (preferably al dente).
  6. Drain well.
  7. Add carrots, scallions and bacon bits mixture to spaghetti and toss thoroughly. Add soy sauce to taste.
  8. Serve hot or room temperature.
