Instructions
- Cream butter until light & fluffy. Add egg yolk, sugar and vanilla. Add 1 cup of flour at a time until dough is firm enough to roll out.
- Take a piece of dough and shape into 3" rectangle about 1/4-1/2" thick. Cut out half moons by using a glass. Placed on greased cookie sheets.
- Bake 350 for 35-40 min.
