Kuchen Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • filling
  • 2 cups heavy sweet cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar, mixed with
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • crust
  • 3 cans pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
  • topping
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix well and cook in microwave, or stovetop, until it bubbles and is thickened,stirring occasionally.
  2. cool.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into a 3" circle.
  4. Lay in a greased muffin tin.
  5. Fill almost to top with custard.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before removing from pan.
  9. cool.
  10. Enjoy!
  11. Makes about 30 kuchen.
