Lamb Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground lamb
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 - 1 lb. mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Make lamb into patties and fry, drain.
  2. Place patties in baking dish.
  3. Pour spaghetti sauce over top, then sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350° until cheese begins to turn and bubble.
