Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • seasoning (salt, pepper, onions, garlic powder)
  • instant mashed potatoes or about 4 or 5 mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Season ground meat with salt, pepper, onions, and garlic powder.
  2. Brown the seasoned ground meat and drain excess fat.
  3. Prepare mashed potatoes and season as desired.
  4. Mix the drained ground meat with the mashed potatoes.
  5. Spoon the mixture into a round casserole dish.
  6. Cover the top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F until the cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes.
