Ingredients

  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 c. ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Mix together carefully in the blender so as not to damage it with the ice.
  2. Serve while still frothy.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint for a healthy and refreshing drink East Indian style.
