Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can string beans
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 to 1 package frozen Tater Tots
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Spread the cooked beef and onions in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Drain the can of string beans and layer them over the cooked beef.
  4. Dilute the can of cream of chicken soup with milk to create a sauce.
  5. Pour the diluted soup evenly over the beans and beef layer.
  6. Cover the top with a layer of frozen Tater Tots.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until golden and bubbly.
