Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water.
- Put 5 pounds flour, salt and oil in large pan.
- Add dissolved yeast and lukewarm water.
- Mix well and knead, turning over many times until smooth.
- Cover with dry cloth and set in warm place about 1 1/2 to 2 hours until dough rises.
- Cut in sections the size of an orange and roll between cupped hands.
- Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450°.
