Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Knorr-Swiss leek soup
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cottage cheese (optional)
  • horseradish to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Serve chilled with fresh cut vegetables and/or crackers.
