Ingredients

  • 9 c. water
  • 9 c. instant potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 3 c. powdered milk
  • 5 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Boil water and margarine.
  2. Add instant potatoes, sugar, powdered milk, and salt to the mixture.
  3. Spread the mixture in a cake pan and cool.
  4. Take 1/3 of the mixture and mix it with 1 1/4 cups of flour.
  5. Form the mixture into a log.
  6. Cut the log into 16 pieces and roll each piece out thin.
  7. Cook on a hot griddle until lightly brown on both sides.
  8. Store in a damp towel.
  9. Refrigerate or freeze as needed.
