Ingredients

  • white bread
  • cream cheese
  • asparagus

Instructions

  1. Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese.
  2. Steam asparagus until bright green; drain and pat dry.
  3. Lay 2 spears of asparagus in opposite directions on each slice of bread.
  4. Roll the bread tightly around the asparagus and cut into 3 or 4 pieces.
  5. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet.
  6. Broil until golden.
