Leftover Rice Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 c. minute rice, cooked
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cans milk
  • 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion, cooked
  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon. Drain fat and set bacon aside. In same pan combine soup and 1 can of milk. Whisk. Add 2 cans of milk, rice, and onion. Heat to boil. Reduce heat. Add cheese. Put bacon over top.
