Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 1 1/2 c. regular or 2% milk
  • 2 c. diced cooked turkey
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen green beans, thawed
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 4 tsp. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat all ingredients except scallions in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Do not boil.
  3. When hot, add scallions and serve.
