- Add sugar, flour and
- salt together.
- To melted butter, add lemon juice and rind.
- Blend

- Mix all
- together.
- Fold
- in beaten egg whites and put in glass Pyrex dish (9 x 13-inch) or use Pyrex custard cups.
- Set this in pan of
- hot
- water
- and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
