Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (3-oz.) lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 3 cups packaged biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Into a large bowl of your electric mixer, put gelatin, granulated sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, salad oil, and water.
  2. Beat at slow speed until ingredients are combined, then beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 35 minutes.
