Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and beat well for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Put 2 cups of batter in another bowl and mix with half of the instant chocolate pudding.
- Pour half of the pistachio mixture into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the pan after the pistachio layer.
- Add the remaining pistachio mixture on top.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
- Frost with chocolate frosting after cooling.
