Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest
  • 2 Tablespoons Capers, Chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together everything except olive oil. Slowly drizzle in oil, whisking constantly, until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy.
