Lemon Curd Macarons
Ingredients
- 3 large egg yolks ⓘ
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar ⓘ
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature ⓘ
- 1 2/3 cups sifted confectioners sugar ⓘ
- 1 cup blanched almonds (5 1/2 ounces) ⓘ
- 3/4 teaspoon whole pink peppercorns
- 3 large egg whites, at room temperature ⓘ
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar ⓘ
- 1/4 cup water ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
