Ingredients

  • lemon Jell-O
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 flat can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 bananas

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 2 cups of hot water and let it cool slightly.
  2. Pour the cooled Jell-O into a 6 x 9 inch glass baking dish.
  3. Add the well-drained crushed pineapple evenly over the Jell-O.
  4. Slice the bananas and arrange them on top of the Jell-O mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the miniature marshmallows over the bananas and gently pat them down to moisten.
  6. Refrigerate until the Jell-O is firm before serving.
