Ingredients

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • grated lemon rind of 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Heat water and dissolve sugar in it.
  2. Add lemon juice and grated lemon rind to the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into freezer trays and freeze.
  4. Serve the frozen lemon slush over fresh fruit.
