Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) package lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 2 (2 liter) bottles carbonated lemon-lime beverage or (2 liter) bottles ginger ale

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in sugar.
  3. In 8-quart punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, cold water, soda and gelatin mixture.
  4. Serve chilled.
