- Cut the potatoes onto a board for smallest size of strips.
- Mix them into a bowl with all the ingredients, except than oil.
- Next heat the oil in a medium pan until a bit it would smoke.
- Throw half of the potatoes to fry.
- Stir the potatoes until it turns to golden color.
- drag them out.Lay them on a plate which already you have spread a piece of towel napkin, to be dragged from excess oil.
- Now fry and treat as the same previous way with the half kept potatoes.
