Lemon Pepper Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups butter
  • 1 None lemon, zest and 2 tbsp juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Process until fully combined. Place on a piece of parchment paper and shape into a cylinder. Twist the edges and chill for at least one hour or until needed.
  2. Tip: This tastes delicious with fish, lamb or vegetables.
