Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together zest, juice, mustard, pepper, sugar, and salt together until sugar and salt have dissovled.
  2. Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified, 2-3 minute.
