Lemon Pudding Fruit

A refreshing fruit salad layered with sliced bananas, mandarin oranges, apricots, and pineapple chunks, topped with pudding mix for a sweet, creamy finish perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 3 small cans mandarin oranges
  • 1 can apricots (17 oz.)
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks (20 oz.)
  • 1 small maraschino cherries
  • 4 ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Drain all the canned fruit and save the pineapple juice.
  2. Pour the pineapple juice over sliced bananas and let sit for 1 hour to prevent browning.
  3. Add the drained fruit to a serving dish.
  4. Sprinkle the pudding mix over the fruit.
  5. Gently mix to combine.
  6. Cover and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
