  • 1 c. Rick
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add rice and mix; saute for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add parsley, lemon juice, and hot chicken stock mix and let simmer for 25 minutes.
