Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup beef bouillon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 2 medium chicken fryers, cut into serving pieces

Instructions

  1. Blend soy sauce, fruit juice, beef bouillon, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces.
  3. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Remove chicken pieces from the marinade and arrange in a large oblong baking pan.
  5. Bake in a 325°F oven for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with some of the remaining marinade.
