Ingredients

  • 1 box Lemon Supreme moist cake mix
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 small lemons (grated rind)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Lemon Supreme cake mix, Cool Whip, egg, and grated lemon rind together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Place two cups of powdered sugar in a small bowl.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough into the powdered sugar, then roll and shape into balls.
  4. Place the coated dough balls on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 7 to 10 minutes, until lightly golden but not overcooked.
  6. Allow cookies to cool slightly before removing from the baking sheet.
