Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen lemonade, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons grated lemon rind
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Mix condensed milk, thawed frozen lemonade, grated lemon rind, and beaten egg yolks together.
  2. Fold in beaten egg whites until well combined.
  3. Line the bottom and sides of a 2-quart casserole dish with ladyfingers.
  4. Pour the lemon mixture into the lined casserole.
  5. Top with Cool Whip.
  6. Refrigerate and make the dessert the day before, but add Cool Whip just before serving.
