Ingredients

  • 2 lb lentils
  • 4 slice deli ham cut into small pieces
  • 2 slice bacon cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 onion cut into chunks
  • 1 roma tomato cut into small chunks
  • 1 serano chile chopped
  • 4 sprigs of cilantro

Instructions

  1. cook lentils about 10 minutes then add all ingredients and let cook about 20 minutes.
  2. make sure lentils are completely cooked.
