Lesa'S Rhubarb Bars

Ingredients

  • Bars:
  • 3 cups Rhubarb, cut-up
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup Oleo
  • 1 1/2 cups Oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Combine Bar ingredients and cook until boiling.
  2. Combine Topping ingredients, cut together until crumbly. Spread 3/4 of mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Spread Rhubarb Bar mixture on top of that. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 of Topping mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
