Ingredients

  • 3 to 6 cups flour
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with hands, making sure yeast and salt are well distributed.
  2. Add 3 cups of very warm water and mix with hands until the dough is thick and well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and let the dough set until it doubles in bulk.
  4. Pour the risen dough onto a floured board.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in a greased or oiled pan, ensuring there is enough oil to coat them, and let set for 1 hour.
  7. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
  8. Ovens vary in temperature, so keep an eye on the bread as it bakes.
  9. This bread contains no oil except for the oil used in the pan.
