- Mix all the ingredients by hand.
- Knead the dough. Refrigerate the dough for 6 hours or overnight.
- Place chilled dough on a lightly floured board.
- Place a piece of wax paper over the dough and using a rolling pin, stretch the dough to fit a 10-inch pan.
- Spread the jam on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Can be made ahead.
