Light Bread Fruit Pie

Instructions
- Spread the filling in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Trim crusts from the bread and lay on top of the pie filling.
- Melt the butter or margarine.
- Mix with the sugar, flour and egg.
- Pour over the bread.
- Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
