Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. skinless chicken breast, slivered
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) broccoli florets
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry wine
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. instant rice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the chicken in the oil until cooked, about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli, water, wine and soup and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.
  3. Let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
