Ingredients

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, sugar, juice and rind with electric mixer until
  2. well
  3. blended.
  4. Fold in walnuts and whipped topping.
  5. Pour in pie
  6. shell
  7. and chill for several hours until firm.
