Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Roquefort cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. sherry vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mash cheese with fork in bowl, leaving some lumps.
  2. Fold in mayonnaise, buttermilk, and olive oil with fork.
  3. Stir in vinegar.
