Lima Bean Barbecue

Ingredients

  • 2 c. dried lima beans or 4 c. cooked or canned
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. pork sausage links
  • 1/4 c. liquid from cooked beans
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. catsup

Instructions

  1. Add salt
  2. to
  3. beans and cook until tender.
  4. Drain.
  5. Fry sausage
  6. until
  7. brown.
  8. Mix
  9. all
  10. ingredients
  11. except sausage. Place half of bean mixture in 1 1/2 quart size casserole dish. Cover with half
  12. of sausages.
  13. Add remaining bean mixture and sausages.
  14. Bake in hot 400° oven for 15 minutes.
