Lime Jello Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
  • 6 oz. cream cheese
  • 6 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1 Tbsp. liquid)
  • lime jello
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon drained pineapple juice together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread mixture into prepared and cooled pie shell.
  3. Mix jello according to package.
  4. Add drained pineapple to jello and refrigerate until thickened.
  5. Spread thickened jello mixture over first mixture in pie shell and chill.
