Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 1/2 cup water
  • 4 cup strong brewed tea
  • 4 cup crushed mint leaves
  • 8 lemons, juiced
  • 2 limes, juiced

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar and water; then cool completely.
  2. Pour brewed tea over crushed mint leaves; let steep, then cool and strain.
  3. Combine lemon and lime juices with the cooled sugar mixture.
  4. Serve in chilled tall glasses filled with crushed ice, garnished with a lime slice.
  5. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint.
