Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar cranberry-orange relish
  • 1 (7 oz.) bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage
  • 1 (10 oz.) frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Dissolve raspberry and lemon gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in frozen raspberries, breaking up large pieces.
  3. Add cranberry-orange relish and mix well.
  4. Chill until cold but not set.
  5. Carefully pour in lemon-lime carbonated beverage and stir gently.
  6. Chill until partially set.
  7. Turn into a 6 to 6 1/2-cup ring mold.
  8. Chill until firm.
  9. Unmold on crisp greens and serve.
