Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple and save juice.
  2. Add water to juice to make 3 1/2 cups.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and add jello. Cool.
  5. Let ice cream stand for 15 minutes.
