Lime Torte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milnot
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 package lime jello
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • little green coloring
  • grated 1/2 lemon rind

Instructions

  1. Chill the Milnot overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Juice 2 lemons and grate the zest of half a lemon.
  3. Set the lime jello and water in the refrigerator until 'soupy'.
  4. Add sugar and green coloring to the lemon juice.
  5. Add the jello mixture and whipped Milnot to the lemon juice mixture.
  6. Roll crumbs and line the bottoms and sides of a pan with them.
  7. Pour the jello mixture into the prepared crust and sprinkle some of the remaining crumbs on top.
  8. Set in the refrigerator until the torte is firm.
