Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 box strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Bring water and sugar to a boil until slightly thickened.
  2. Cool the mixture partly, then pour over fresh or frozen strawberries in a cooked pie shell.
  3. Chill the pie for 1 hour.
  4. Top with Cool Whip or other whipped cream topping before serving.
