Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton recipe secret onion or savory herb with garlic recipe soup mix
  • 2 lb. all-purpose potatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients: soup mix, potatoes, and oil.
  3. Close the bag and shake or toss in the bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Empty the potatoes into a shallow baking or roasting pan; discard the bag.
  5. Bake, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
