Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 2 (8 oz.) fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) sugar-free instant pudding (vanilla, etc.)
  • 1 (4 oz.) sugar-free cherry jello
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple in own juice, undrained

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, pudding, jello and pineapple with spoon, not mixer.
  2. Add maraschino cherries and Lite Cool Whip last.
  3. Spoon into graham cracker crust and chill.
